The HD collection is 720p/30fps while it is 1080p or whatever you want in PCSX2 there is a true widescreen hack and even a optional 60 fps hack for MGS3, on the ps2 cut-scenes allrdy run at 60 fps but gameplay is 30fps, you can edit the 053D2239.pnach (Subsistence NTSC) in cheats_ws.zip and enable 60 fps for the gameplay as well or even lower the cutscenes to 30fps which makes them way … KH uses double buffered V-Sync, so when it can't keep a solid 60 FPS (using the 60FPS cheat), it drops to 30 FPS.
